    I accidentally did this as i drank 2 UK litres in water (3 gallons us) and
    had carbs and protein. This works like a dream because food comes in and
    goes out within 1 hour.

    Ok guys day 3 here i already lost 5kg this is what i done, i’m 5’7 215
    pounds so really fat obviously breakfast 2 cups of water with oatmeal
    nothing in it. before breakfast 1 hour walk after breakfast (lunch) i had
    tuna drained the oil with broccoli and lettuce and dinner Tuna with onions,
    lettuce , seasonings vinegar coconut oil for the first 3 days it’s really
    hard since i eat a lot of rice and i feel really drained so im continuing
    this for a week probably but i like the weight i lost

    If a guy says they’re eating 1700/day and are active at the gym, then
    they’re either deluded about what they’re eating, or they’re lying (or
    they’re the ridiculous minority that needs to go to the hospital because
    they’ve got some kind of medical condition).

    Losing fat isn’t easy, but the theory is.

    If you use more calories than you take in, you’re going to lose weight.
    Sure, genetics does come into play, but it doesn’t make anywhere near the
    difference that people like to suggest it does.

    If you think carbs make you fat, check out DurianRider’s channel (it’ll
    come up in the search bar). He’s skinny as fook and he is all year round.
    He’s not muscly, so if you want advise on muscles, he’s not the place to
    go. But then again, this guy isn’t low body fat, so maybe he’s not the best
    person to get advise for ‘extreme fat loss’.

    I wonder how well this works for women as a woman’s hormonal balance is
    much different from a man’s. I want to try this but i’m scared shitless of
    causing issues endocrine-wise. i need to do something though. hitting
    plateaus, even at such a high weight is so incredibly disheartening in the
    weight loss process. ugh.

    Hey guys need some help. I’m 15 year old kid. Very short only 5’5 and
    really need to lose weight. I’m 135 pounds. It may not seem like too much.
    But my fat percentage is very very very very very very high. I have so much
    fat on my hips ass and legs… I swear id make a perfect girl with nice
    curves. Unfortunately that’s not my goal. I wanna lose ALL my hip fat, ALL
    of it. I get that my hip structure is naturally big but I can at least get
    rid of the fat. Anyway. I’d also like a smaller bum and lose some fat on my
    upper legs. I am trying to go for not a body builder look. But a skinny
    good looking guy with some Nice biceps, triceps( not huge, just a bit more
    then now), and I want to have a better diet, and enjoy being active, and i
    want to make physical activity an ADDICTION. Can anyone help me for a
    workout plan and a good diet for my situation? Thanks in advance

    so does this diet make you lose weight or is it just to “shake up your
    metabolism” so then you lose weight by working out after the diet?

    and what exercise do you do during these two weeks? i burn about 1000
    calories per day when i do work out. i just use the elliptical for an hour
    and a half. would this suffice during the week of the diet? i’m trying to
    lose like ten pounds

    So here’s my experience with this plan (tried it 4 months ago). I cooked up
    a turkey, bought a bunch of broccoli and tuna, got my mind right and went
    for it.

    The first three days were TOUGH! I didn’t really have meals, so to speak.
    I would eat small amounts of food when I felt hungry, 6-8 times per day,
    and drank the 2 gallons of water, and trust me, you’ll need that much water
    just to get the turkey and tuna down…haha! To stay on track with the water
    intake, I measured the volume of my sports bottle and calculated that I
    would need to drink 10 full bottles per day. Aside from peeing every half
    hour, that part wasn’t too bad. In addition to the turkey and tuna, I
    added hard boiled eggs (with the yolks removed) for breakfast, as I
    couldn’t really stomach tuna and turkey that early in the morning. I also
    used spices and hot sauce to transform the blandness of the meat and
    broccoli. Siracha and tuna worked really well. A little garlic powder
    with the broccoli, some salt and pepper on the turkey and Tobasco sauce on
    the hard boiled eggs and I was good to go for the 3 days. I did notice a
    lack of energy, especially on day 2…like my body was going “WTF are you
    doing to me!”

    On day four, I made the most amazing steak I have ever had in my life! I
    had half in the morning for breakfast and the other half for lunch. Dinner
    was grilled chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder and some
    paprika…and of course, broccoli. Kept that going for the next two days. I
    lowered my water intake to 5 sport bottles per day.

    Day seven…oh, glorious day seven. CARBS! I kept it clean for most of the
    day, although I did make some pancakes in the morning to celebrate. At
    this point, the most difficult part was not drinking water as I was down to
    only 2.5 sport bottles for the entire day.

    The results: I lost 17 pounds in one week. Like some people have
    mentioned, the most noticeable differences were in my face and neck, but my
    body felt “tighter” everywhere. I did the process for one week, returned
    to normal training and diet for three weeks, gained a pound or two back,
    then repeated the cleanse and lost an additional 6 pounds.

    Now the real question is: “Did it actually reset my metabolism?” And I
    believe the answer is “yes.” Two months after the cleanse, I sustained an
    injury and couldn’t workout for a month. When I’m not training, I tend to
    not eat very well (I’m an all-or-nothing kind of person) and I tend to gain
    quite a bit of weight…15 pounds or so. However, over the month or so that
    I wasn’t training, I only gained 4 pounds. Yes, I realize that I probably
    lost some muscle weight in there as well, but I felt as though my body was
    handling the situation a lot better than it had before the reset. Now that
    I’ve returned to my normal workout schedule and diet, the weight that I put
    on is coming off pretty quickly.

    I am seeing good response mostly, however I’m wondering what happens after
    you quit this “shock diet”. Because I have a feeling that you can pack this
    fat and weight as quick as you lost it. I might be wrong, I just need some
    kind of explanation if this results in yoyo weight dieting thing.

    I’ve tried this diet once a month for 4 months and have gotten great
    results. Each time I drop a few pounds of fat and keep it off. Then again
    my diet is super easy and maintainable. I have a thing for sweets so my
    way of eating keeps me sane lol. I eat 5-8 times a day kinda sorta. I
    say that because I nibble constantly throughout the day on mainly fruit.
    Tuna here and there each day. And 1-3 small meals. Only 1-3 meals because
    since I am constantly nibbling and my hunger is always satisfied. I only
    call them meals because they are larger than my nibbling. I drink a gallon
    of water a day and some milk after my workout. Energy is insane and my
    mind is sharp as a razor and clear. But after I included this shock diet
    on the first week of every month I feel a difference afterwards. Love your
    videos bro and keep up the good work. Going to college for Physical
    Therapy now (been working out since 1996) and maybe I’ll be doing some
    videos in the future. Keep the videos coming bro!

    Ive been training for a couple of weeks now but Im not seeing allot of
    change.
    I only drink water (allot) 1 day a week pure cardio all the others
    strenght. I eat all the right things. My goal is not to lose weight, but
    just get bigger en broader. Im noticing some strength gain, but not allot
    of weight loss… Any tips??

    A couple of years ago I had a very lengthy surgery… the short of it is
    that as an unfortunate side effect I now how have some nerve damage down my
    thigh that cause intense burning and itching. It acts up more if my belly
    (and body fat) get too high.

    I need to lose about 2% body fat to get to where I was pre-surgery. Thing
    is, i’m already pretty thin (about 10.7% body fat) and I exercise and run.
    But because of it my waist is the first spot fat is deposited and it starts
    up the nerve damage symptoms. Think this cleanse can help me break past my
    plateaus?
