    shake then if substitute avocado (1/4-1/2) for the banana to keep sugar
    content to a minimum.

    winter is coming and of course thats the time where we constantly eat!, i
    need to keep my figure slim and lose about 10 pounds, what do u think that
    i should so for my lunch and dinner smoothies… i was thinking i should
    have my lunch and dinner as smoothies as well, hoping to lose about 10-15
    pounds and to feel better about my body during this winter break! I’m going
    to so this for 2 weeks… what should i do about the calorie count i want
    fat to be low!

    Hi Miss Allison, hope all is well with you. I have a question? hope u can
    help me. I tried the shake and its very good, I used the egg powder
    protein 1/2 a scoop and 2 scoops of the whey chocolate protein shake , with
    avocado 1/4, and cottage cheese 1/4 as well. 1 cup of ice and u cup of
    water. however I didn’t like the peanut butter in the shake.? is this ok, ?

    I would love to try this but I have a few problems one cottage cheese makes
    me sick and I’m allergic to peanuts and any substances made from the
    peanut. But I am also allergic to all nuts and literally most vegetables. I
    would really love to try a smoothie diet/fast diet but well I run into a
    lot of obstacles are there any alternatives for me?
