    im too much of a bitch to fast 24 full hours tbh.. so instead should i just
    keep the calories as low as possible/fast as long as i can on that day? or
    would this negate the effects of the fast and i shouldn’t even waste my

    No Worries Elliot! I Lift weights on Mon, Tue (Hypertrophy oriented), do
    Cardio+Abs on Wed, and Do only Cardio on Thu Fri and Sat. Its working so
    well! and i feel energetic, my Muscle mass is goin up and i am dropping
    fat. I still wonder, what EXACTLY you suggest for workout. You are great! I
    would still be thrilled to get any kind of Reply from you man!´╗┐

    Great Video. I was wondering, if I need let’s say 3.000 calories a day for
    maintenance = 21.000 a week. Taking 250 calories less a day for cutting
    (normally) would make 19.250 calories a week. How is the ratio they are
    divided over the days? Please let me know, I want to give this a try´╗┐
