    Hi sapna. First of all you are an extreme inspiration to me and i need your
    help like a mary jane does with spiderman. (kinda geeky but the first thing
    came to my mind Well, I’m from Turkey and I turned 14 last month. I was in
    the national karate teens team last year. I had a very lean looking figure
    but i was 60 kg. And one day my best friend since I was 3, who weighted 44
    kilograms then, asked me to join her in her swimming routine. I was
    obviously built in the reverse muscles and i have a fear of pools so i said
    that i could only join her to watch. We headed to the gym and when she
    pulled her shirt off i felt extremely bad. She had a very feminine frame.
    So i quit the team and grew an eating disorder. I couldn’t eat a single
    thing by the day and by the midnight i had the binge eating. Nearly all of
    my muscles turned into fat by the end of that year. But in the summertime I
    left my house and decided to spend the time in a camp. I ate nothing and
    only drank coffee and tea for almost a month. I was 47 kilograms. I was
    extremely happy and to be honest i looked not boney but the schools have
    opened and i am 52 kilograms. I fear that my binge eating disorder may
    occur again so i need a diet plan i eat 600 calories a day but i can lower
    it to 100 or less if necessary. Btw i dont want to build muscles again so i
    need something to go with my 1-1, 5 hour yoga workout based on waist and
    thigh exercises. I will be extremely pleased if you can help. I dont have a
    facebook so if you decide on helping me you’ll have to email me or text me
    on whatsapp. I’ll get it if you wont answer. Just well thanks if you’ll

    fab. I have started a strict regime to reduce my weight. I follow healthy
    diet, do cardio, strengthening exercise and work on elliptical cross
    trainer. I have managed to lose 2 kgs in 10 days. It will be nice if you
    could tell me the possibility of losing the breast fat. My breast size is a
    bit more than what i should have. Planning to concentrate more on that
    part. Will i be able to i reduce my cup size from D to C/B? I am looking
    for an expert opinion. Please do reply. Thank you. I will update you once i
    reach my goal.

    +Breshay Coley Yes most of the world’s food supply is because of Monsanto
    being one of the 3 largest seed suppliers. The only way to know if it is
    not gmo is if the produce is labeled or you can verify with the farmer if
    you are getting produce at the farmer’s market. Thanks for checking out the

    Rolled oats are cheap and super filling. You should try soaked oats (
    soaked in soy or almond milk) with chopped fruits and nuts .

    my husband is also not vegan. I find it difficult to prepare dinners
    sometimes… i don’t really want to prepare 2 different dinners after
    working all day, so i often end up skimping on my dinner…. could use some
    times on making one dinner work both for vegan and non

    Your skin is gorgeous. I’ve recently gone vegan but I could never eat a
    large amount of fruit. I’m eating a ton of low starch veggies and rice
    with herbs for seasoning and I’ve been satiated and quite pleased with the
    taste of my meals.

    Looks good. I’ve never stored my bananas in the fridge. I think I’ll try
    that. I also do the same thing when it comes to buying organic, what’s
    available and what I can afford. If we can get as much fruits and
    vegetables in our diets, that makes a big difference. Thanks for sharing
