if you are offended and “hurt” by such small minor things like
people saying to you “your daughter is very cute” etc etc
then you are too damn sensitive for your own good.
i get people calling me a “Fat Bastard” to my face
and i never let it bother me.

Thanks for inspiring me…I was 110 kg at 5 feet 11 inches with a BMI of
    34.8.
Now I’m down to 96 kg and still going strong.
I watch this video whenever I feel lack of determination or self control.

Hi sapna. First of all you are an extreme inspiration to me and i need your
help like a mary jane does with spiderman. (kinda geeky but the first thing
came to my mind Well, I’m from Turkey and I turned 14 last month. I was in
the national karate teens team last year. I had a very lean looking figure
but i was 60 kg. And one day my best friend since I was 3, who weighted 44
kilograms then, asked me to join her in her swimming routine. I was
obviously built in the reverse muscles and i have a fear of pools so i said
that i could only join her to watch. We headed to the gym and when she
pulled her shirt off i felt extremely bad. She had a very feminine frame.
So i quit the team and grew an eating disorder. I couldn’t eat a single
thing by the day and by the midnight i had the binge eating. Nearly all of
my muscles turned into fat by the end of that year. But in the summertime I
left my house and decided to spend the time in a camp. I ate nothing and
only drank coffee and tea for almost a month. I was 47 kilograms. I was
extremely happy and to be honest i looked not boney but the schools have
opened and i am 52 kilograms. I fear that my binge eating disorder may
occur again so i need a diet plan i eat 600 calories a day but i can lower
it to 100 or less if necessary. Btw i dont want to build muscles again so i
need something to go with my 1-1, 5 hour yoga workout based on waist and
thigh exercises. I will be extremely pleased if you can help. I dont have a
facebook so if you decide on helping me you’ll have to email me or text me
on whatsapp. I’ll get it if you wont answer. Just well thanks if you’ll
help me out. Here is my number +905315121288 bye.

diet, do cardio, strengthening exercise and work on elliptical cross
trainer. I have managed to lose 2 kgs in 10 days. It will be nice if you

+Breshay Coley Yes most of the world’s food supply is because of Monsanto
being one of the 3 largest seed suppliers. The only way to know if it is
not gmo is if the produce is labeled or you can verify with the farmer if
you are getting produce at the farmer’s market. Thanks for checking out the
    video! :)

  27. teetoo labalaba says:

Rolled oats are cheap and super filling. You should try soaked oats (
soaked in soy or almond milk) with chopped fruits and nuts .

  28. glitzbabby07 says:

    Do vegans eat chips??

  29. Anthony Stewart says:

better check the corn….make sure it is not GMO

  30. Yvette Staggs says:

I agree on the video, sometimes i can’t get organic foods or go to whole
foods or trader joes, I have to get other fruits and vegetables.

  31. radiantchristina says:

my husband is also not vegan. I find it difficult to prepare dinners
sometimes… i don’t really want to prepare 2 different dinners after
working all day, so i often end up skimping on my dinner…. could use some
times on making one dinner work both for vegan and non

  32. SoulFitnessDiva says:

    I’m a celery lover and.what a great storage idea. Thanks – I’m gonna try
    that.

  33. D Sucarichi says:

Is corn the only grain you consume? Thanks!

  34. Mike Leeosikipobo says:

Your skin is gorgeous. I’ve recently gone vegan but I could never eat a
large amount of fruit. I’m eating a ton of low starch veggies and rice
with herbs for seasoning and I’ve been satiated and quite pleased with the
    taste of my meals.

  35. Marsha A. Branch says:

I thought I was the only one who put my ripe bananas in the fridge LOL. I
thought I was the only one because everyone acts like I’m bonkers when they
see or hear that I do it.

  36. Brandin Shaeffer says:

    really helpful video :)

  37. April Shane says:

What’s in your fridge? Do you have any staple foods? As you can tell I love
    bananas and celery! :-)

  38. Kendra Weidenfeller says:

When you go shopping, how do you know how much you need to buy of lettuce
or fruit so you don’t have too much or too little?

  39. Eatfreshlivefresh says:

  40. janelle ge says:

are you ever considering switching to fresh veggies? you have frozen
    veggies

  41. Free Your Self Naturally says:

Great idea for a video topic! Maybe I’ll do the same one time. I totally
agree with you on the organic issue as well. I’m not sure where you live,
but I’m so looking forward to the summer farmer’s markets to get some
awesome deals on fresh local produce! <3

  42. Run Veggie Run says:

    good video

  43. Evelyn Parham says:

Looks good. I’ve never stored my bananas in the fridge. I think I’ll try
that. I also do the same thing when it comes to buying organic, what’s
available and what I can afford. If we can get as much fruits and
vegetables in our diets, that makes a big difference. Thanks for sharing
what’s in your fridge with us. Take care!

  44. ThrivingHuman says:

    looks great:)

  45. Ralph Sanchez says:

Wow that is a great looking fridge. Gonna keep track. Good stuff.

  46. A Girl Life says:

I am a huge fan of mangos and avocados, especially after the Fully raw
vegan challenge. Those were my go go’s.

  47. kwnatural says:

My fridge looks a lot like yours. We buy what we can afford too. We drink a
lot of green smoothies so the freezer is stocked with frozen fruit.
