    Hi Cathy – I don’t think you need to count calories as far as I know. I
    know that a lot of raw food people who eat mainly fruits and veggies eat
    huge amounts of calories (like 4000 a day) and are slim and lean.
    Apparently if you are doing a juice feast (just juices with smoothies as
    well) you can literally have 4 litres a day and you will lose weight. I
    intend to put that to the test … just got to find a way of remembering to
    eat when I am so busy working :oD xxx
