    OMG that is so true. After I eat salty foods I feel like a pig the next
    day. Drinking water is key to wait loss, it flushes out the excess fluid.

    I just started taking protein shakes as a meal replacement (I take one for
    lunch, then have a full supper), and my fave so far is vanilla with frozen
    strawberries and bananas blended with some milk (I currently use 1 cup of
    2%, but I’m thinking of using only 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 water?) YUMMMM! I’m
    also on my treadmill for 30 mins 3x a week (but I did an extra day this
    week!). I’m actually really enjoying this new “way of life” – I try to
    watch what I’m eating now, hardly any takeout (unless it’s like Chinese),
    and I find that I don’t snack as often as I used to 🙂 Now if only my
    husband would follow suit! *sigh* Thanks for the tips!
